Question 1

How far in advance do I need to book?

Accepted Answer

Rides must be booked at least 4 hours before pickup. This gives dispatch time to assign a licensed driver whose documents are current, rather than sending whoever is closest.

Question 2

Is the quoted price the final price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The fare you see is calculated from our live fare rules and is fixed for the journey you booked. Anything added on the day — waiting time beyond the free window, an extra stop, a child seat — appears as its own line item.

Question 3

When is my card charged?

Accepted Answer

When you book. Payment is taken up front — by card, debit card or a supported wallet such as Google Pay — so the ride is paid for before pickup. Anything added during the trip is settled separately afterwards.

Question 4

Do extra stops cost more?

Accepted Answer

You can add up to five stops on the way and there is no separate charge for them unless a stop charge is shown on your quote. The extra distance and time are simply part of the fare you see before you pay.

Question 5

Do prices go up at busy times?

Accepted Answer

At our busiest hours a small surcharge can apply. When it does, it appears as its own line on the quote before you pay, so the price you confirm is still the price you pay.

Question 6

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel more than 2 hours before pickup and you receive a partial refund. Cancel within 2 hours of pickup and no refund is given, because the driver and vehicle are already committed.

Question 7

What happens if I enter the wrong address?

Accepted Answer

Rides booked to an incorrect address are not refunded. You confirm the addresses and tick an acknowledgement before the booking is placed — please check them carefully.

Question 8

Do you track flights for airport pickups?

Accepted Answer

Add your flight number to the booking and dispatch monitors the arrival time, adjusting your pickup if the flight lands early or late.

Question 9

Can I book on account for my company?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Corporate accounts skip the card at checkout, are billed to the company and receive one consolidated invoice at the end of each month.

Question 10

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Every driver is background-checked and must upload a valid licence, insurance certificate and vehicle inspection report. Assignments are blocked automatically if any required document has expired.

Question 11

Can I request a child seat or extra stops?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both are available as extras during booking, priced up front, and additional stops can also be added by your driver on the day.

Question 12

How do I get a receipt?

Accepted Answer

Signed-in passengers can download a receipt from their rides page once the ride is completed. Guest bookings receive a link by email.
