How airport transfers work

Booking takes about a minute. Enter your pickup and drop-off addresses, choose the date and time, pick a vehicle class, and confirm. Reservations must be made at least 4 hours before pickup so a driver can be dispatched and briefed.

Flight tracking and wait time

We track your inbound flight number from the moment it departs and adjust the pickup time automatically for early or delayed arrivals, at no extra cost. Arriving passengers get 60 minutes of free wait time on international flights and 30 minutes on domestic flights, measured from wheels-down. Departure pickups include 15 minutes of free wait time. After the free period, waiting is billed by the minute at the rate shown on your quote.

Curbside pickup or meet and greet

Curbside pickup is standard: your driver texts you when they are on the way and meets you at the terminal's designated arrivals pickup zone. Meet and greet is available as an add-on — your driver parks, waits in the baggage claim hall with a name board, and helps with luggage to the car. Airport parking is charged as a separate line item when you select meet and greet.

Vehicles, luggage and passengers

Choose the vehicle class that matches your party and bags. Every quote lists seat and luggage capacity before you commit, and child seats can be added as an extra at booking or requested from the driver on the day.

Pricing, payment and extras

Airport transfers are priced on distance and estimated duration, with a minimum fare per trip. Your card is charged for the quoted amount when you book, so the ride is paid before pickup. If extras are added during the trip — extra stops, extra waiting time, a child seat or a cleaning fee — each appears as its own line item and you approve the revised total with a digital signature before the final charge. Corporate account holders are billed to a monthly invoice instead of a card.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Cancel more than 2 hours before pickup for a partial refund. Cancellations inside 2 hours of pickup are non-refundable, because the vehicle and driver are already committed. Rides booked to an incorrect address are not refundable, which is why the booking form asks you to confirm your address before you pay. Date, time and address changes are free when requested more than 4 hours ahead.
