Corporate travel

Company accounts with monthly invoicing, named passengers, cost centres and full travel-manager visibility.

Last updated September 9, 2026

A First Class corporate account lets your team book ground transportation without touching a personal card. Rides are billed to the company, consolidated onto one monthly invoice, and visible to whoever manages travel in your organisation.

Corporate accounts are used by finance and operations teams who need predictable ground-transport spend across California — airport runs for executives, client collection, roadshows, and staff transport after late shifts.

When

Rides must be booked at least 4 hours ahead of pickup.

How a corporate account works

We set up the account with your billing entity, billing email, payment terms and an agreed credit limit. Named passengers are added to the account and can book rides themselves; the booking flow skips the payment step entirely and confirms with a 'Billed to {your company}' message instead. Every ride accrues to the current billing period.

At the end of the period we issue one invoice covering every ride, with the booking reference, date, passenger, route and fare on each line. Payment terms are typically net 14 or net 30 days, agreed when the account is opened.

  • No card taken at booking — rides bill to the company account.
  • One consolidated invoice per month with a line per ride.
  • Agreed credit limit, enforced automatically at booking.
  • Named passenger list you control.

Cost centres and reporting

Bookings can carry a cost centre, project code or client reference in the notes field, which is carried through to the invoice line. That lets finance recharge travel to the right department or client without chasing individual employees for receipts. Travel managers can see upcoming and completed rides for the whole account, not just their own.

Service standards for business travel

Corporate rides use the same licensed, background-checked drivers and inspected vehicles as every other booking, with executive sedans and SUVs as the usual classes. Flights are tracked for airport pickups, pickup times adjust automatically for delays, and drivers are briefed with passenger name, phone number and any notes on the reservation before they arrive.

  • Executive sedan, SUV and Sprinter classes for client-facing travel
  • Flight-tracked airport pickups with automatic time adjustment
  • Discreet, uniformed drivers briefed on each passenger
  • Live driver tracking shared with the passenger and the booker

Credit limits and controls

Each account carries a credit limit covering unbilled rides. When a booking would take the account past its limit, the booking is held and the account administrator is notified, so spend cannot run away between invoices. Limits are reviewed on request as usage grows.

Opening an account

Tell us your company name, billing email, billing address, expected monthly volume and the passengers who should be able to book. We confirm payment terms and a starting credit limit, add your passengers, and the account is live the same day in most cases. There is no joining fee and no minimum spend; rates are the standard published fares unless a volume agreement is in place.

Cancellation and changes

Corporate bookings follow the same rules as every other reservation: at least 4 hours' notice to book, free changes more than 4 hours ahead, partial refund credit for cancellations more than 2 hours before pickup, and no refund inside 2 hours. Cancellation charges appear as clearly marked lines on the monthly invoice rather than as separate transactions.
