How a fare is built
Point to point
A base fare plus per-mile and per-minute rates, with a minimum fare so short journeys still cover a professional driver's time.
Hourly rides
Book a block of time with a minimum number of hours. Overtime is billed in fixed increments, never rounded up to a whole extra hour.
Waiting time
Every booking includes a free waiting window. Beyond it, waiting is charged per minute and shown as its own line item.
Extra stops
Add up to five stops on the way. Stops carry no extra charge unless we tell you otherwise on the quote — the distance and time simply count towards the fare.
Busy times
Rides at our busiest hours can carry a small surcharge. When it applies it is shown as its own line on your quote before you pay.
Extras
Child seats and similar options are priced up front. Extras added during a ride appear as line items, and some require your signature.
Payment
You pay when you book, before the ride — card, debit card or a supported wallet such as Google Pay.

When
Rides must be booked at least 4 hours ahead of pickup.

Booking and cancellation terms
Rides must be booked at least 4 hours ahead of pickup.
Cancel more than 2 hours before pickup for a 50% refund. Cancel within 2 hours of pickup and no refund is given.
